WHY HIRE A COACH?

In a study conducted by MetrixGlobal LLC, companies including Booz Allen Hamilton received an average return of $7.90 for every $1 invested in executive coaching.

A study reported in the Manchester Review of 100 executives, from mostly Fortune 1000 companies, showed that coaching produced improvements from 22%-53% in areas such as: productivity, employee retention, quality, and organizational areas.

An internal report of the Personnel Management Association showed that when training is combined with coaching, individuals increase their productivity by an average of 86% compared to 22% with training alone.

A Hay Group study of Fortune 500 companies found that 21 to 40% utilize Executive Coaching; Coaching was used as standard leadership development for elite executives and talented up-and-comers.

The 2009 Sherpa Executive Coaching Survey asked, “How would you rate the value of executive coaching, on the whole?” A full 91% of respondent organizations said the resulting benefit was somewhat high to very high.

A survey conducted by Clear Coaching Limited reveals that a large range of companies found tangible benefits from coaching with improvement rates of 20-50% for not only employee working relationships, but also for sales and revenue.

Results from an International Coach Federation survey in 2016, reported, that of those surveyed, 99% of companies who hired a coach were satisfied, and 98% said they would repeat the process
